Summary of Job Duties:
- Greeting Clients
- Answering phones
- Email and phone correspondence with clients and staff
- Flexibility to help when needed in the retail store
- Assist with day to day retail store operations
- Assist the Operations Officer and Administration Officer as needed
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for the medical industry and for what they do in the workplace. This position is ideal and encouraged for individuals who have a background as a Medical Office Assistant (or in other related fields), but it is not a requirement. The applicant must have some related office/admin experience.
Encouraged Related Office Experience and Knowledge in:
- Use of all standard office equipment and basic computer software/programs/email/accounting programs: Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google, QuickBooks
- Paper and paperless file management
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Requirements:
- High school diploma and 2-3 years of experience, or related post-secondary education
- Ability to work in an active office/retail location
- Excellent written and verbal communication – Proficient in English
