Summary of Job Duties:

  • Greeting Clients
  • Answering phones
  • Email and phone correspondence with clients and staff
  • Flexibility to help when needed in the retail store
  • Assist with day to day retail store operations
  • Assist the Operations Officer and Administration Officer as needed

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for the medical industry and for what they do in the workplace. This position is ideal and encouraged for individuals who have a background as a Medical Office Assistant (or in other related fields), but it is not a requirement. The applicant must have some related office/admin experience.

Encouraged Related Office Experience and Knowledge in:

  • Use of all standard office equipment and basic computer software/programs/email/accounting programs: Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google, QuickBooks
  • Paper and paperless file management
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

  • Adaptability, Flexibility and Resourcefulness
  • Organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Time management and Prioritization of tasks
  • Conflict Management Resolution and Problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members at all levels

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and 2-3 years of experience, or related post-secondary education
  • Ability to work in an active office/retail location
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – Proficient in English
