Shipping Information
All orders will be sent confirmations. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your junk mail folder. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow its progress.
We will always do our best to ship your order complete; however, should we be awaiting products to arrive, we may choose to ship a partial order of in-stock items.
**Due to Covid-19, most items have GLOBAL shipping delays. This is extending delivery timelines considerably, and is beyond our control. As Infection Control items are considered FINAL SALE and NOT subject to cancellation once placed with Medix, please DO NOT place an order if you are unable to wait for the product to arrive. We will not be issuing refunds.**
In-Store Pickup
If you live locally, we have an in-store pickup option for your convenience. Simply select 'Pick up in-store' as your shipping option, and shipping will not be charged. We will package your items and hold them for you at our store.
Shipping Within Canada
All orders are shipped via the least expensive carrier and could be Canada Post or Courier. If all items are in stock, delivery will usually be 2-14 business days, depending on your location in Canada. Otherwise, Shipping is calculated based on your order subtotal (before tax), as follows:

The shipping totals above apply to shipping within the Canada Post / Courier service area. Should your address fall outside of the Canada Post / Courier service area additional shipping charges will be added. Please note this typically only applies to remote locations and the territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut). For over size items, additional shipping charges will be added.
Shipping Internationally
We are happy to ship internationally, and offer several options for delivery. Once we have received your order, you will be contacted via email with the shipping method and associated cost.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, all merchandise has a two week return policy from the day you receive your order. Returned goods must be unused and intact, including all original packaging & labels attached. We will fully refund you the value of the item(s) returned and taxes incurred following inspection.
Infection Control items are FINAL SALE and no refunds of these items will be authorized.
Please contact us prior to returning merchandise, so that we may issue a return authorization number; without this number your return may be refused.
