Shipping
We work hard to review your order within 48 hours. We ship most items via Canada Post. Larger items are shipped via Purolator and FedEx; additional shipping fees may be applicable at time of shipping. Due to high volume, we advise clients that the average shipping times can take up to 14 days via Canada Post and other third party couriers. If you wish to ship items via your own shipping agent, please contact us at orders@medixbc.ca so we can assist in arranging your shipment.
We are unable to ship outside Canada any liquids, or products meant for human consumption.
Returns
All first aid supplies must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unopened in original packaging. All sales of Infection Control items are FINAL.
